10-Week MBSR Teacher Development Group Mentorship Program
“Joining a community of teachers exploring our deepest intentions in the service of cultivating integrity and competence in teaching MBSR.”
Program Overview
- How do we meet our fears, sadness, hopes, and joys as we hold space with our participants throughout our MBSR programs?
- How do we sit opening our hearts to suffering?
- What holds us back as the teacher, and what supports us?

“Feeling uplifted today as I finished the MBSR Teacher Development Group Mentorship program with Allan Goldstein Not only did I gain from the transmission of knowledge and experience that Allan offered, but I also became richer by getting to know some amazing MBSR teachers and human beings. I think the most valuable lesson from Allan was his ability to allow space and to create an opening for everyone to be heard and felt in our hearts.”
